Rope Access – Safety window film installation

Rope Task used abseil techniques to install over 250 sheets of specialist bomb proof window film to Beetham Tower Birmingham. The building is over 130m high and the bomb proof sheets were 1.5m in width and 3m in height. A team of two rope access technicians completed the whole installation in three weeks, which resulted in a major cost saving over installation of temporary cradles.
